Robert's strength training program will provide coaching to anyone who is interested in developing a sound training program to enhance their athletic performance. It is my goal to provide information to athletes, coaches and parents. This personal coaching can give you an edge to help you succeed in your athletic endevors.

Even if you have a limited weight lifting background you can successfully develop an effective training program , no matter what your age, or level experience. Youth strength training has become a popular field recently and I encourage athletes to start training their bodies at an early age.
